Forget about the gym workout and come dancing to some blues and swing roots music from the 1920’s to the 50’s to help burn off the excess of the festive season. Each and every Thursday our brand new Swing dance party will see a preformance from a full live swing band plus a top DJ playing out tunes to have you up dancing like a true pro. Put on your vintage dress and dancing shoes and move your body to the beat. But if you’re no Patrick Swayze on the dance floor there’s plenty of space for the shy amongst us to come enjoy the live music and DJs over some drinks and the wonderful food that Paradise has to offer.

PARADISE NYE MASKED BALL

Following the unparalleled success of last years New Years Eve party at Paradise, once again this year the entire venue will be opened up to host an elaborate masked ball. Guests will be invited to dress in their most elegant finery, masked so that their faces and loyalties are hidden whilst they dance toward the midnight hour.

Starting at 9pm and continuing through to 4am, Paradise will once again be the ultimate New Years Eve after party destination. As the night will be incredibly popular and tickets will sell out fast, we recommend purchasing these well in advance - tickets available from the venue only. Tickets are priced at £25.

Charity Fundraiser with Boy George

The GET TESTED! campaign encourages people to get tested for hepatitis C if they think they have been at risk and will be raising money to employ a blood borne virus nurse and a bus to tour the country testing people in hard to reach areas. BOY GEORGE, DAVID MCALMONT, DOT ALLISON and SADIE FROST will perform live covers of their favourite songs backed by a live band. With ED CHEMICAL (THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS), JUSTIN ROBERTSON, SEAN ROWLEY, CHRISTIAN LAING, ALAN MCGEE and DAN WILLIAMS on the decks plus more acts to be announced.
